Several of our Southern California Moms, Sarahpat, Jenny and Chocoholic, were interviewed by KCAL 9 News about their love of Twilight and TwilightMOMS.  The interview is set to be aired tonight at 10:00 PM and on the 11:00 PM newscast on channel 2 as well.  If you live in Southern California make sure you tune in!

Denise Martin, the supplier of our daily Twilight Fix from the LA Times is going to have the opportunity to interview Robert Pattinson and is asking for your help-

Two scenes of Twilight were presented at the International Film Festival in Rome last night and the website, Bad Taste, has a synopsis of them and the audiences Q&A session with Catherine, Kristen and Robert.  Read it here but I must warn there are SPOILERS!! The Q&A session video can be found here but it’s mostly in Italian and the connection is spotty at best. Wait for it to load completely, then hit play.

  Ecorazzi (a ‘green’ website) has a bit on Best Buys’ Vampire Awareness Day which happens to be today, October 30th.  OK, so this has nothing to do with Twilight per se, but is too darn funny, important, and we at TwilightMOMS should do our part to be green (and by green, I don’t mean jealous of whoever is dating Robert/Kellan/Jackson, lol.)  Vampire Awareness Day is about protecting yourself from Vampire Power- those electrical devices that can suck power (*gasp*) even when their turned off or electrical cords not attached to a device (ie. cell phone charger.) Read about it here and see Best Buys funny and informative video here.

  AdAge has an article about TwilightMOMS promoting Twilight and it mentions one of our very own Admin TwilightMOMS!

Summit arranged to have TwilightMoms.com send five bloggers to spend several days on the film’s set. “What we’ve learned is to involve the fans and make them feel part of it,” Summits’ Ms. Kirkpatrick said. All that goodwill has other benefits. The moms also protect the franchise for the studio against bad buzz online.
